By using this website, you are hereby accepting the terms and conditions stipulated within the Privacy Policy Agreement. If you are not in agreement with our terms and conditions, then you should refrain from further use of our site. In addition, your continued use of our website following the posting of any updates or changes to our terms and conditions shall mean that you agree and accept any changes.
Guarantee: Revel Treats by Tora G. always provides you with the freshest ingredients and exceptional customer service to keep you coming back for more! Design concepts are provided during your initial consultation and any images exchanged of a potential design are for inspirational purposes only and the finished product will not be an exact replica of any photographed treats that are not Revel Treats by Tora G. 's work. You will be provided the ability to see a picture of your order before pickup/delivery. After your order is picked up, Revel Treats by Tora G. is not responsible for anything that happens to your pastries after they have left my possession. Delivery is $35 and will cover the first 10 miles, thereafter it is $1 per mile. If you request delivery from Revel Treats by Tora G., your order is covered for any damages within the first hour after delivery if the damages are the direct result of mishandling of Revel Treats by Tora G. staff. If any damages are a direct result of the customer and/or their guest(s), Revel Treats by Tora G. is not responsible. Please be aware that persistent hot temperatures and direct sunlight can affect the efficacy of your order. Pastries should be kept refrigerated until you are ready to eat and/or present at your event.
Payments/Retainers/Cancellations: All orders require a nonrefundable 50% retainer, regardless of price, and/or full payment before any work is started on your order. Your date and time slot for your order are not secure until at least the retainer has been paid in full. All payments are due between the issue date of the invoice and no later than the due date originally specified. Payments can be made via debit/credit card through the invoice that is emailed to you, Cashapp $reveltreatstg, PayPal @reveltreatstg, or Venmo @reveltreatstg. Failure to make timely payment could result in order cancellation without a return of payments made to that date. Once an order is placed I do not take other orders that would overlap with your time slot, so orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of your original order submission. In extreme circumstances, your completion date can be changed if needed, however a fee of $25 will be charged if a change is requested within 48 hours of your completion date. If the requested change date is not available, no change will be made and you are responsible for picking up your order as originally agreed.
Late Fees: Revel Treats by Tora G. is respectful of your time and will always have your order complete by the date & time agreed upon, so I appreciate your respect of my time as well and ask that you make payments and pick up your order on time. A late payment fee of $15.00 will be added to all invoices not paid by the due date listed on the invoice. If payment has still not been made by the end of day, the invoice will be voided and the order canceled with no refund of any moneys paid. Additionally, a late pickup fee of $15 will be charged for all orders not picked up within 30 minutes of your pickup time and an additional $15 for every 30 minutes thereafter if no prior late notice has been communicated and accepted to cap at a maximum of $45. There is no guarantee I will be available after the pickup time you requested.
Pickup Waiver: All pickup orders are accepted "as is". You will be provided a picture of your order, if you wish, the day before your order is due for pickup. If you have any issues with the visual presentation of your order, please use that time to communicate prior to pickup. Revel Treats by Tora G. is not responsible for any damages to your pastries once they have left my possession. Any repairs or replacement of pastries would incur additional charges.
Disclaimer: Revel Treats by Tora G.'s treats are not allergy friendly. Any element of the pastry may include peanuts (i.e. food coloring may have been processed in a facility that also processes peanuts). Eat at your own volition, however Revel Treats by Tora G. will not be responsible for any allergic reactions.
Returns/Refunds: Here at Revel Treats by Tora G. I love what I do and it is my mission to meet your individual needs! If in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, please contact me immediately via phone at 470-776-7769 so that your concern can be addressed. If you are requesting a full refund, the cake would need to be returned with no more than one slice missing. Only concerns regarding taste and quality will be addressed, as visual presentation of your pastries are accepted "as is" on pickup or delivery. If your request is not received within 24 hours from your pickup/delivery time, your request will not be considered. Any and all refunds issued would be minus the payment processing fee.

Abandoned Orders: Revel Treats by Tora G. LLC is a small business and I am dedicated to meeting and exceeding your individual needs. If you still feel so strongly, after your order is complete, that you no longer want to pickup your order, there will be no refund of the retainer paid since the order was completed and retainers are nonrefundable. If you happen to have paid the final invoice, a refund would only be issued if you can prove that Revel Treats by Tora G. grossly missed the mark on providing the final product that you paid for and were expecting. I provide a multitude of confirmations of the design plan as well as provide you the opportunity to see a picture of your order the day before it is due for pickup/delivery. Once you receive the picture of your order, if there are any errors, that would be the time to address those issues so that the error is corrected prior to pickup/delivery. If you abandon your order, you will receive a text and email 24 hours after your pickup time advising that the order will be remain the property of Revel Treats by Tora G. LLC and that you forfeit the money you have paid me to create the order for you.
Revel Treats by Tora G. has the right to refuse service to anyone. Terms and prices are subject to change without notice. Your payment indicates that you are in agreement with these terms. It is expressly the responsibility of the customer to keep track of any payments due and ensure their timely payment.
