How do I place an order?

Place an order through the "Buy Now" page or submit a custom request via the "Get a Quote" page. I do not accept "walk-ins" or same day orders since I work from home and have other demands.

Do you require payment up front?

Yes, you must pay your order in full by making a purchase via the "Buy Now" page no less than 5 days before your requested date or a 50% retainer is required to secure my services no less than 2 weeks before for custom orders submitted through the "Get a Quote" page. The remaining 50% balance is emailed the day before your pickup or delivery date. Payment at pickup/delivery is never allowed.

How do you accept payment?

Via the payment services shown on my website or invoicing only. I do NOT accept Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, or EBT.

Do you offer vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, or allergy friendly cakes?

No, your health and safety are important to me so I do not want to risk cross contamination.

Do you deliver?

Yes but for a fee, you can select delivery on my website as you place your order, otherwise delivery is solely based on availability.

What days are you available?

Tuesday - Friday, pickup or delivery times MUST be preselected as I do charge a late fee for late pickups in excess of 30 minutes. I am closed Sundays and Mondays. Saturdays I am usually unavailable unless it is for a wedding that is booked properly, more than 60 days in advance.

How long will my cake last?

Decorated cakes are good to withstand 4-5 days in the fridge before the colors of the cake may begin to bleed or the structure of the cake begins to break down. You can eat the cake for up to 7 days if kept in the refrigerator or up to 3 months in the freezer if tightly wrapped.
