American Buttercream
THE preferred choice of icing! Works great with decorating cakes and making intricate designs due to being able to hold its shape.
Cream Cheese Frosting
Usually used on Red Velvet, Banana, and Carrot cakes and has a rich delicious cream cheese flavor! Soft icing and does not hold it's shape well.
Whipped Cream Icing
Mildly sweet, delicious and soft icing. Only available for single layer sheet cakes! Does not hold it's shape very well.
